I couldn't believe how spacious and clean the rooms were, complete with a kitchen and a large desk for working. The internet access was excellent, the view was lovely, and the AC worked great. Opening the windows brought in nice fresh air, and the minimalist design, especially in the suite, exceeded my expectations. However, the noise from the maid's closet starting around 8:00 am was a slight downside.
My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms felt more like luxurious suites with a kitchenette, fridge, and oven, elevating the experience beyond the typical Holiday Inn Express standard. Our room was incredibly spacious, featuring a mini-bar service, a complete kitchenette, and a cozy mini living room. While the room was top-notch, some reception desk attendants lacked responsiveness to requests. The location was ideal, situated in the vibrant 'Milla de Oro Golden Mile' close to malls, restaurants, and the bustling Parque Lleras area. However, being close to a major highway made it a bit loud at times.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The service was exceptional, very friendly, and professional. The location was convenient with restaurants nearby, even though the area seemed quieter than before. The dining was decent, offering a variety of local and healthy options, but some dishes were not up to par. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
